Dr. Heba Ikram is known for her gentle touch, warm personality, and genuine care for every patient she meets. A graduate of the University of Liverpool, she enjoys helping both children and adults achieve healthy smiles and better sleep through her special interests in pediatric dentistry and dental sleep medicine.
A certified Invisalign® provider and Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, Dr. Ikram combines clinical excellence with kindness and empathy that instantly puts patients at ease. Outside of dentistry, she loves travelling, watching her favourite shows, and enjoying an iced white chocolate matcha.
Melissa has experience working in a variety of NHS, private, and orthodontic practices before starting at Arndale Dental & Implant Clinic in 2025 as Practice Manager.
Outside of work Melissa likes to spend time socialising with her friends and family, travelling abroad, and going on idyllic walks with her miniature dachshund, Daphne.

Jay studied oral health science here in Manchester at Manchester University. Graduating with honours in 2019. In his training year he volunteered to work in the nightingale hospital as part of the redeployment scheme during the pandemic.
Jay is from a little seaside town in North Yorkshire and loves spending time in the countryside. He has a keen passion for dentistry and is currently furthering his career path to become a Dentist in the near future.
Jay has a big interest in running and likes to try keep fit, as well as enjoying mountain biking and skiing. Jay is always happy to try and help his patients with the best prevention-based practice he can.

Ray loves providing personalised care and creating a friendly, welcoming environment to help patients feel at ease. One of her favorite aspects of dentistry is getting to know each patient and improving their health and confidence through a healthy smile. Fun fact: Outside of work, Dr. Ray enjoys spending time with friends, reading, catching up on movies, and learning new languages.
Dr Zeyad is dedicated general dentist and cosmetic dentist with special interest in complex root canal treatment. Pursued his undergraduate degree from Baghdad University/ College of Dentistry 2001 and been in practice ever since. In 2006 earned his first postgraduate degree in Conservative dentistry followed by MSc in Conservative dentistry (restorative, Endodontics and Crown and Bridges) in 2014.
Dr Zeyad makes every effort to stay on top of current development in Dentistry. Upon arriving to the UK, he completed an implant course MANDEC in Manchester 2015, MFDS at Royal college of surgeons and physicians Glasgow 2018 and LDS at Royal college of surgeons England 2019.
Dr Zeyad providing dental treatment over multiple dental practices in Manchester and his scope of dental expertise are complex root canal treatment, crown and bridges replacement and cosmetic treatment including (Composite bounding, Veneers and Reveal aligners).
